Santa Ana, Costa Rica and Bothell, WA – Security Consultancy Oxford Computer Group (OCG), a Microsoft Gold and Saviynt Diamond Partner, announces the expansion of its Microsoft and Saviynt cybersecurity implementation and managed services offerings and the opening of OASIS, a managed services facility in Costa Rica. OASIS provides a collection of identity, security, and governance solutions to augment the capabilities of OCG’s US staff.

“We are pleased to announce both the expanded service offerings and the opening of our Costa Rica Managed Security Provider office,” said Steve Brugger, President, Oxford Computer Group North America. “Together they will enable OCG to provide a broader range of security and identity services to both new and existing clients.”

“Oxford Computer Group is one of our strategic security and identity partners,” said Mandana Javaheri, Global Director, Business Development, Cybersecurity Solutions Group, Microsoft Corporation. “We’ve been jointly helping customers secure the enterprise with a combination of Microsoft security products and OCG implementation services. We’re excited to see OCG’s OASIS service desk launch as it expands their support offerings to align with the services our clients are demanding.”

These capabilities provide enterprises with world-class consulting, implementation, and managed services in a cost-effective manner. The offerings include:

Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)

OCG has delivered Microsoft Identity products to enterprise customers since 2003, and their services have expanded to include all the identity and compliance capabilities of the Azure stack. OCG’s alliance with Saviynt leverages their multi cloud Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) 3.0 platform to provide enterprise-wide risk-based identity governance capabilities including User Access Request, Access Certifications, Separation of Duties, and Identity Analytics.

Microsoft Threat Protection

Microsoft Threat Protection is a unified pre- and post-breach enterprise defense suite that natively coordinates detection, prevention, investigation, and response across endpoints, identities, email, and applications to provide integrated protection against sophisticated attacks.

Microsoft Azure Sentinel and Security Center

Azure Sentinel is Microsoft’s next-generation Security Incident and Event Monitoring (SIEM) tool that enables you to leverage large-scale intelligence from decades of Microsoft security experience to make your threat detection and response quicker and smarter with Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Microsoft Azure Active Directory and External Identity solutions

OCG leverages Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Microsoft’s cloud-based identity and access management service, which helps users to sign in and access external and internal resources. OCG helps customers build a strategy and leverage capabilities such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), Conditional Access, Business to Business (B2B), Business to Consumer (B2C) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to secure customer identities.

Microsoft Identity and Security Workshops

OCG’s Identity and Security workshops help enterprises better understand the capabilities of the Microsoft identity and security products and reduce cost by maximizing the capabilities they already own to reduce the need for point solutions.
