In early January 2020, Oxford Computer Training‘s instructor Paul was in Vancouver, Canada teaching our 4-day MIM Foundation course privately to a team of 6 IT professionals at the HQ of a natural resources company. Alex, Team Lead, said he thought private training offers:

… a better experience as you can have open discussions about your current implementation or plans.

Live instructor-led training in the classroom in Washington State, or via Teams from anywhere!

The two MIM courses Paul taught in January and February 2020 in Washington state reflect what is increasingly typical – a few people in the classroom but many more joining the training live via Teams. Oxford Computer Training‘s ever-popular MIM Foundation course had 2 customers in the classroom with him, and another 8 attending ‘remotely’ live by Teams/Skype. Learning this way is just like being in classroom – you won’t miss a thing.

The MIM foundation course gives great insight on the basic configuration of MIM and how all of the pieces interact together. Since I will be working with MIM for my new position, the knowledge provided in the course will be very beneficial. During the training, our instructor (Paul) did not just lecture about concepts but provided schematics and a demonstration on how these functions worked – both of which are great methods of teaching. The Teams experience [learning remotely] worked well.

In January our customer in California asked if we could arrange for international identity guru and MVP John Craddock to spend a week with their IT team teaching them his Auth Protocols Troubleshooting Masterclass. Our customer had previously attended John’s acclaimed Identity Masterclass, so they already knew what a brilliant instructor he is, and the immense value of what they would learn. They were once again delighted with the private training, with 100% of participants who completed the training rating it five-star.
