To our customers: OCG’s Response to COVID-19

As much as the Covid-19 outbreak has affected us all, both personally and professionally, OCG continues to support our existing and new clients with our full complement of services and staff. Our company culture has relied on virtual capabilities for more than 10 years, so the transition to fully remote has had little effect on our ability to execute on our projects. Our business continuity plan is solid. We have continued to hire to plan in Q1 and are continuing to hire in Q2 to meet the growing demand for our services.

Many of our hospital clients are on the front lines of the COVID-19 crisis, whether in New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Washington, California, Florida or any of the other markets we serve. Our pharmaceutical clients are working on ramping their capabilities to manufacture and distribute testing kits, as well as on a vaccine itself. Others clients are deemed to be “essential services” so they are still operating but working to keep their employees safe. Our work helps them to respond to the crisis by enabling the rapid on-boarding of clinical staff as well as enabling and securing remote users. Our delivery team and management is fully committed to prioritizing these projects and helping in any way we can.

At Oxford Computer Group (OCG) we are acutely aware that the work we do can directly impact how quickly staff can be on-boarded hospitals, how newly remote staff can continue to do their essential work, and how important it is to maintain controls and security in a rapidly changing environment.

We at OCG are in awe of the level of dedication and commitment that our customers are demonstrating in the face of this crisis. We want you to know that we are here to support you to the best of our abilities. And if you are on the front lines or supporting the front lines, we will prioritize your needs. For more than a decade, we have delivered the majority of our services on a remote basis and are delivering many projects today on a fully remote basis.
