Creating a Citizen Identity for the State of Indiana with Azure B2C

MICROSOFT AZURE B2C IS TRANSFORMING HOW CITIZENS OF INDIANA DO BUSINESS WITH THE STATE

The State of Indiana wanted to create a self-service portal for everyone in the State – from streamlining the registration process for new businesses to enabling citizens to renew their driving and fishing licences.

Establishing a secure repository housing citizen IDs for all State of Indiana services was key to realizing this goal, and Microsoft’s Azure B2C was selected to achieve this.

“I couldn’t be happier with choosing Microsoft’s Azure B2C. It’s been dependable, scalable, and it’s robust enough to accommodate a government agency such as the State of Indiana with a potential of six million identities” – Steven Kremer, Deputy Chief Operating Officer for the Indiana Office of Technology

In this video (35 minutes), learn how the Indiana Office of Technology overcame obstacles and challenges to create a solution that is transforming how citizens of Indiana do business with the state, and see the new citizen portal in action.
